Pets are a part of our families - no question - but when it comes to them crossing the rainbow bridge, there are few things harder.
On June 20th, we said goodbye to our big black lab Oakley. He was Kaela's brother-in-law's dog of 9 years. He got him when he was just 8 weeks old and lived a great life and was loved by so many. Oakley lived with Dayna and her husband Jimmy for 3 years while Zak was pursuing his career in the U.S. Navy but eventually returned home to Washington.
This episode was supposed to be released on June 22nd, but we needed more time to process the loss. Thank you to everyone who loved Oakley and have been supporting us all through this tough time.
