May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Since everyday is Mental Health Awareness Month around here, we decided to focus May on alternative forms of treatment and medication for mental health challenges.

Today we talk all things CBD. What is it? How is it used? How does it benefit me both physically and mentally.

Elizabeth Mickiewicz (she/her) is a hospitality professional turned cannabis educator/advocate spreading her wings with the support of the amazing team behind lost range cbd. She enjoys being out in nature, tending to her 60+ houseplants, listening to a wide variety of podcasts, fawning over her cat, and helping people discover the healing potential of plant medicines.
