Her world was turned upside down less than a year after arriving in the UK when she started experiencing serious IBD symptoms.
Sarah would categorically not let this illness impact her plans for her career nor travel. This episode highlights how Sarah took on a serious health condition whilst her family and friends were begging her to come home and how Sarah travelled the world, moving between continents whilst being chronically unwell. Sarah discusses working in a corporate world, dating across the continents and remaining extremely positive, and witty, even during the darkest of times.
