Make a point-blank declaration with credibility unless you believe it. Truth has a field. I’ve heard lots of people profess power, and it had no depth and weight. But if somebody comes before you and witnesses in the spirit to the power of God’s reduction of a dead man to life and they know the experience, I guarantee you it comes with power. And that’s why we’re uniquely useful.”
