What does a distressed seller sound like?
This is a LIVE call recording of a seller who called a TV add and wanted to sell their house as it was unlivable. Their plan was to move to California with family to get themselves into a better situation for their health. All was going according to plan until.... YIKES!
Despite asking to get the children involved because the sellers were elderly, they refused. Saying it was their decision and the children had no influence. However, once the children found out their parents had signed a contract and were selling it, they went off the rails.
Apparently the kids were planning on getting the money from this property as their inheritance... and when they found out that was no longer the case they became very angry. They called their parents to tell them that they would not speak to them again, and chaos ensued.
These are just some of the characters we come across on a daily basis - and it's important to proceed with caution and empathy. Both Cory and Ryan are still wondering where Erania is.
