If you are reading this and are human, you have feelings/emotions.

Emotions are sensations we feel in the body due to a vibration moving through us.

They are at the core of what motivates us to get out of bed and accomplish things, they also can be our biggest fear and hold us back.

We are not taught, typically until later in life if at all, how to actually process a feeling.

There is more than one way to do this.

In this episode, I share one of my processes that I use with myself and my clients to help process difficult emotions.

We need to know how to manage our most difficult feelings to build the emotional strength to create a life we love.

If you’re not afraid to feel and process any feeling, there is literally nothing you can’t or won’t do, because the worst that will happen is a feeling.
