Or, are you trying to solve the pain you feel or numb difficult emotions by seeking dopamine in unhealthy or excessive ways?
Are you eating a bag of chips or cookies? Doing drugs? Binging on sex, Netflix, or social media?
This mighty little neurochemical is known as the reward chemical, and it's one of four primary hormones that help us feel good and motivated.
