Description

In this episode, I dive into ACTION, step 4 of 5 in the Mindset Model.

I talk about how motion is different than action and how thoughts and feelings drive all human actions or lack thereof.

I address a a variety of ways to approach taking action so that we can take actions that are from a more inspired and focused place, rather than a fearful place.

I talk about the importance and usefulness of habit stacking and how we can use our own physiology and pre-existing neuronal connections in the brain to help us start a new habit and stick to it.
