In this episode, we dive into the inherent wisdom that our bodies possess. On our self-healing journey, we either forget, or aren't aware of the capability of our bodies to heal and process trauma. We think we have to do it, fix it, heal it. Partially, that is true. One effective avenue to healing anxiety, depression, and trauma have is to have the courage to be present with our bodies, the sensations we feel, and the discomfort of what might come up.
