As a child, if you’ve ever received the message, whether intentionally or unintentionally, that you are not worthy or not good enough, then one way you may cope with this (other than addiction) is to spend the rest of your life trying to prove that you are worthy. SO MANY HUMANS do this.In this episode, I talk about the common behaviors that stem from this wound and belief & how it negatively affects your health.
