Neecey Terry is a resilient individual who has faced some of life’s toughest challenges with unwavering strength. Originally from Terre Haute, IN, and having spent nearly 10 years in Indianapolis, Neecey battled a seven-year addiction to cocaine, enduring years of homelessness. Along her journey, she survived a violent and toxic relationship that left lasting scars, but through it all, she refused to give up. In April of the 2024, Neecey made the bold decision to relocate to Anderson, giving her life back to God. Since then, she has set her sights on achieving her goals, one of which is to become a Peer Recovery Coach. Throughout her recovery, she has been supported by organizations like Willow Place Women's Shelter and ABLBH, both of which have played pivotal roles in helping her regain her footing. Above all, Neecey’s strength and success in recovery stem from her unwavering faith in God. She knows that without Him, she is nothing, but with Him, she has found both her purpose and the path to healing.
