STANTLER! This deer Pokemon appears to be the star this week. He has a chapter named after him in the manga where he shows up and then he's featured in the anime AND has a short named after him which he also has a role.
In the manga we get another look at what the tusks mean for Donphans. We also see Prof Oak and Gold have it out. Also, don't mess with Gold's food apparently!
Then in the anime we meet Bellossom, we see the return of James' pink tutu and learn that he's actually a decent burglar. We also run into a grumpy looking pokemon that hints at a possible return. And then we find Ash catching ANOTHER pokemon already! Way to pick up the pace a bit there, buddy. And this time it's a Johto starter! Woohoo! From there we get a couple of wintry shorts.
Then, stay tuned to see what happens when a brat surprises Ruby while traveling a route at night.
