Description

This week we finally have an update of the journey through Scarlet and Violet for Ruby, Shea, and Vi who had caught up. We also get super excited for the April Community Day, especially Ruby. But after that we finally learn what happened to Red in the Manga and why he was separated from Pika. We only go over those few chapters, though, because we have extra Anime to cover before we jump into Pokemon 2000 next week. We have some fun shakespeare references, an awesome worldbuilding episode with a Magnemite rancher, and we meet a terrible mayor before finally making it to the third Orange Island Gym. Both the shakespeare episode and the gym episode start to reveal a possible romance between some of the main characters and this gym actually involves actual battling! And most important is Charizard Chills where Charizard almost dies and creates some controversy with Pokemon 2000 as some argue it should come before the movie, where we cover it, or after, which is when it had aired.

Then stay tuned to the end to hear what happens when Violet and Midori decide to chase after a Clefairy in Mt. Moon.
