Description

In this episode of Rock Solid Devotional, we reflect on Jesus’ journey to Jerusalem and His unexpected attention to two outcasts: a blind man and Zacchaeus the tax collector. Both men recognized their need for salvation and placed their faith in Jesus, despite opposition or social stigma. The blind man boldly called out for mercy, ignoring the crowd’s silence, and Zacchaeus climbed a tree just to catch a glimpse of Jesus. Jesus not only stopped for them but changed their lives—restoring sight and offering salvation.

This devotional challenges us to consider who we pay attention to in our own lives. Will we, like Jesus, stop for the outcasts—the homeless, the marginalized, the rejected? Salvation is for everyone, especially those society overlooks. As recipients of God’s grace, we are called to reach out with love and share this gift with the lost.

Key Scripture: Luke 19:5-10 – “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
