God blessed the Seventh-day and made it Holy. It was the whole 24 hour period He made holy. Thus, every second needs to be deemed as sanctified moments. The enemy would have us desecrate holy hours by disregarding the opening and closing hours of the Sabbath. But God wants us to jealously guard the edges of the Holy day as well as the holy hours in between.
