Ben is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School and has been a leader in the field of catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation for more than twenty years. In 1998, Ben founded Brodhead Law, a successful personal injury firm that is dedicated to representing victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
By aggressively litigating hundreds of tractor-trailer and auto collisions across the country, Ben has recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. By successfully fighting for his clients in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Georgia, Ben has obtained rulings that help all victims against companies that try to avoid responsibility for the harm they cause.
