Joe’s career highlights also include two tours with England and earning his first international cap against the formidable New Zealand All Blacks in 2013. His achievements on the field are matched by his contributions off the field as he transitioned into coaching and entrepreneurship. The Entrepreneurial Journey: In 2019,

Joe co-founded MyoMaster, a sports recovery company that has quickly become one of the fastest-growing startups in the UK. MyoMaster offers a range of innovative recovery products designed to help athletes, from professionals to everyday enthusiasts, optimise their performance. The company's product line includes ice baths, compression devices, CBD balms, and massage guns. Joe's entrepreneurial spirit was showcased in March 2024 when he and his wife, Lottie, appeared on the British reality television business programme Dragons' Den. Their pitch was a success, securing investment from former Manchester United footballer Gary Neville and renowned businesswoman Sara Davies. This partnership is set to propel MyoMaster to even greater heights. Coaching and Leadership: In addition to his business ventures, Joe has made a significant impact in the rugby world as one of the youngest-ever Head Coaches in the RFU Championship.
