In this episode, I am joined by Eliza. She is a BYU student planning to major in dietetics.
She first started struggling with sexual thoughts from a preschool age and, as she was never given the "birds and the bees" talk, natural curiosity quickly took over and led to porn use and masturbation.
We talk about worthiness and not taking the sacrament, how eating disorders and compulsive, unwanted porn use have a lot in common and what relapses after a mission look like.
