In this not-so-mini-episode, Eva (@evaography) joins Meghan and Stacy to discuss the music and lyrics of Djo, also known as Joe Keery, to build excitement for the upcoming tour and new album. Eva attended several of the Laneway Festival performances and we were excited to hear about her personal experiences of seeing Djo live. We also reminisced about the joy of meeting Joe in person at the Upside Down convention in October, which Eva also attended. In each episode of this series, we discuss two songs and explore the themes, interpretations of the lyrics, and our personal connections to the music. In this conversation, we cover the lyrically rich song ‘Change,’ exploring how the lyrics reflect universal experiences while also being deeply personal.
