Joe Dane is a Commissioner with the Orange County Superior Court and has been in the criminal division presiding over cases since 2018. He is now running for election to become a Superior Court Judge. Before being sworn in as a Commissioner, Dane was a Deputy District Attorney in both Orange and Tulare County as well as in private practice as a criminal defense attorney.
