It's okay to win. It's okay to be successful. It's okay to feel good about yourself and what you've accomplished. Every week my team and I write down some wins we had over the previous 7 days. They don't all have to be work related, they can be personal. This allows us to support each other and have feel as if we have people rooting for us. Give it a shot. Write down a few things that happened to this week. You'll be shocked at what it does for your mindset.
