Collaborative efforts, face obstacles. Some of the obstacles are related to individual behavior, others to organizational structures, and still others to organizational practices.
We can strengthen collaborative efforts by identifying the obstacles. Once obstacles are identified, the work can start to remove them. Organizations that are unwilling to address their unique obstacles cannot move forward.
