About Raquel Koya and Kasper Karup:

Kasper Karup and Raquel Koya are a multicultural couple. They live in Denmark and will be moving to the Sacred valley in Peru with their child Anouk. They are the founders of Nuna.life. They also founded two movement festivals in Italy (WAP festival) and Peru (Aire Festival). The festivals have drawn in top-level movement teachers from around the world and its focus on non-competition, connection, kindness, and playfulness makes it stand out from the crowd.

Their mission is to empower businesses and individuals, by helping them connect, ground and move. They are continuous students of how to live healthily, freely and strongly. To find a balance between powerful daily routines and expressive freedom.

Raquel Koya is an Italian/Peruvian creative, multipotentialite and enthusiastic visionary soul. She is a movement and self-care coach, she is also a holistic Andean inspired doula. Raquel has been teaching movement classes and organised festivals and events with her husband since 2015 as community builders. She draw from numerous movement practices such as yoga, acroyoga and partner acrobatics, free-form dance and ballet and meditation to create personalised programs in her coaching. Raquel's mission is to help her clients find their power to heal, the tools to unfold flow and possibility and to get out of the stuck energy.

Kasper Karup is a Danish designer, breath-work coach and yoga-, meditation- and movement-teacher. He is a curious and energetic human being who's out to make a positive mark on the world. With his expertise in UX-design method, he helps companies develop workplaces where people love to go to work by implementing effective evidence-based wellbeing programs.
