Kim started this work because something was missing from her own healing journey. She did a LOT of mindset work, but wasn’t seeing the changes she hoped for with the amount of work she was doing. After years of feeling stuck, Kim tried a 20-minute breathwork practice that completely changed her life.
In this episode, we talk about how emotions get stored in the body if we don’t allow ourselves to process them at the time of the event and how breathwork can help us to release those stuck emotions.
