After not feeling fulfilled or happy internally, always using external forces to try and solve internal problems Cathal decided it time to take ownership.
One of the biggest things that changed his trajectory from being unhappy in a job he doesn't like to being happy and in a meaningful job was alcohol.
We discuss Cathals path from working in a chicken factory in Ballyhaunis to running ice baths and games on a beach in Sydney.
Throughout that journey Cathal learned alot about himself and now he is trying to teach that to other through @social_icebaths and other ventures in the future.
