Episode 9 - Eoin Sheehan
Eoin is the owner of Country Munch, a premade meal company which he started during college as a way of making some extra cash. That one decision changed the trajectory of his career and life entirely. From cooking demonstrations in his local hall to on stage in front of 10,000 people in the 3 arena. Eoin has had an incredible success story over the past number of years. Throughout those years he has been teaching people how make simple and delicious meals. As he describes, its about how to communicate the dish clearly and easily. His clear and easy communication skills has bagged him a spot on The Six O Clock show on Virgin Media. We discuss to origins of his cooking journey, how the pandemic affected him and the company as well as sports he has been involved in. Eoin is a highly motivated individual and his success in the food industry, although not planned initially, is no fluke.
