Be The Light To Others
Scripture reading from:
Matthew 5:14-16 (NIV) ~ "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
Today, we reflect on Jesus’ call to be a light to others, drawing wisdom from the gospel of Matthew. He reminds us of the importance of shining our light in a world that often feels dark and how we can display this light to encourage others to do the same.
Remember that you are the light of the world. Embrace this calling with joy and purpose, knowing your light can make a difference. Shine brightly, and encourage others to do the same so that together we can glorify our Father in heaven by changing the world we live in.
