Description

In this episode of Stop. Drop. & R.O.L.E., we’re diving into something that doesn’t get enough attention when we talk about growth: the feeling of loss that can come with it.

That might sound strange since growth is positive, right? But the truth is, when we change and evolve, we often have to leave things (and sometimes even people) behind.

In this episode, I share a personal story of outgrowing a work relationship and how hard it was to separate my emotions from someone else’s struggle. It taught me a powerful lesson about boundaries, leadership, and the stories we tell ourselves. Sometimes, what feels like loss is actually the first step toward something greater.

We’ll also explore the concept behind my upcoming book, The Great Outgrown, and why embracing what we’ve outgrown at work and in life is key to stepping into our true potential.

Key Takeaways:

🔍 Did you know? According to LinkedIn Learning, 94% of employees say they’d stay at a company longer if it invested in their growth. Yet how often do we invest in our own growth outside of work?
