While it may seem so easy to just "encourage," the path to next level parenting is to begins with becoming keenly aware of the best ways to encourage your teen. Encouragement comes in many forms and let's face it, "encouragement" from a parental perspective may not be received by our teens as "encouragement." Every parent knows that no two teens are exactly alike and no two siblings are the same either! So let's examine some important questions to help you get on the same page with your superstars:

--What encouragement is most beneficial for your teen?

--When was the last discussion you had about what kind of encouragement will help them thrive?

--How can you mix up your encouragement?

--How can you become the encouraging parent who helps fuel your teen and frees them up to perform their best?

--How can can you be an encouragement superstar during the inevitable highs and lows your teen athlete or performer will face?
