Be Strong… Even When You’re Afraid
Welcome to Strong & Courageous. Let me ask you something—when was the last time you felt afraid, but you knew you still had to move forward?
In Joshua 1:9, God says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
God doesn’t pretend fear won’t exist. He tells us where to look when it does.
Joshua was stepping into leadership, responsibility, and the unknown. God didn’t remove the challenge—He promised His presence.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s choosing obedience and trust when fear is present—whether that’s walking into a classroom, a workplace, a hard conversation, or a season you didn’t choose.
You can move forward because God goes with you.
