Have you ever been tempted to tell a little lie, like saying you finished your homework when you didn’t? Being honest isn’t always easy, but it’s always right.
Proverbs 12:22 says: ‘The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.’
God wants us to be truthful. Honesty builds trust with our friends, family, and with God. Even when it’s hard, telling the truth shows courage and integrity.
Always be honest, even when it’s hard.
