Welcome back, friends! Today on Strong and Courageous, we’re looking at the story of Daniel.
Daniel loved God, and he prayed every single day. Some people didn’t like that, so they tricked the king into making a law that no one could pray to anyone except the king. Daniel had a choice—stop praying, or keep honoring God. Daniel chose to pray. Because of that, he was thrown into a den filled with hungry lions. Sounds scary, right? But God sent an angel to shut the lions’ mouths. Daniel came out unharmed, and everyone knew that God was real.
Here’s what we can learn: Following God isn’t always easy. Sometimes it means standing out or making choices that others don’t understand. But God honors faithfulness, and He is always with us—even in the scariest places.
Here’s your challenge: Be faithful today. Pray. Make good choices. Trust God even if it’s not the popular thing to do.
