Welcome to Strong & Courageous. Trouble has a way of showing up when we least expect it—at school, at work, in our families, or even in our own thoughts.
Psalm 46:1 says, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
That verse doesn’t say if trouble comes. It says when. And right there in the middle of it, God promises to be present.
God doesn’t wait on the other side of our problems. He steps into them with us. He is our refuge when things feel overwhelming and our strength when we feel weak.
When trouble comes—when plans fall apart, when stress rises, or when fear creeps in—you don’t have to face it alone. You can pause, breathe, and remember that God is already there, ready to help.
