Happy New Year, Folks!
It's that time of the year again, when most of us are quite seriously considering jumping on the "New Year, New Me" bandwagon. We've made resolutions, drawn up plans, set goals... all with the belief that this year we really will achieve them. But many a time, we tend to lose motivation because we aren't where we thought we would be at a particular point in time, or we simply aren't achieving the kind of results we thought we would... and then we just... stop. Like I did. Or almost did. All because of an impossible standard called "Perfection".
