THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON: God giving His only Son is a gift of grace. When the Word became flesh, when Jesus was born, we were able to see in grace in the flesh (John 1:14). Grace is everything Jesus. As Max Lucado says in his book, GRACE: “Grace lives because He does, works because He works, and matters because He matters…To be saved by grace is to be saved by Him” (pg. 10).
