You may be wondering if you have limiting beliefs causing some of the problems in your life. What are they? Limiting beliefs are false beliefs that you hold as part of “your story”. They may have come from a parent, teacher, sibling, friend, relative or someone you held in high esteem. However, the reality is they are “true” only if you accept and believe it.

Fear of failure
Fear of success
Fear of not being good enough
Fear of rejection
