This is based in Chapter 2 of my book, Time for Transition. Samuel was responsible for bringing the word of the Lord back to Israel. Today God is raising up Samuels to restore the revelation needed to thrust the church forward into all God has for her. Be a Samuel, not an Eli, Hophni or Phinehas.
