Azura (they/them) is a UK born artist from Portsmouth currently studying fashion design in Berlin. Before coming to Berlin they graduated from (name of uni) in Bristol with a degree in psychology which they often incorporate into their designs. They like using lots of texture and layering in their designs as well as mixed media like sculpture and textile manipulation.
They have a strong belief in sustainability taking care choosing the amount of textiles they choose, repurposing and reusing scraps and leftover materials. Their designs dismiss gender norms and replace that with full freedom of expression.
