What are the gifts, talents and skills that God has entrusted you with? Have you been able to identify them? If so, how have you been managing them to bring God glory? How have you been managing your time? Have you been using your time to fulfill the needs of your boss, family or friends while ignoring the gifts and talents that God has given to you?
Do a self evaluation.
