This is part 1 of my conversation with Vessi Kapoulian. She has 18 years of business experience, which includes 14 years of commercial lending and 4 years of business management/sales/marketing. Vessi started her real estate journey in 2017. Today, Vessi controls a portfolio of investment real estate properties in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia (161 doors, 6 properties).
