A pleasure to be joined on this weeks episode by Fin Anderson discussing the reasons behind him and his friends creating a football team in Edinburgh.
Founded after the tragic passing of their friend Charlie last year, Mental Mechanics fc is all about getting together and enjoying time playing football, alongside encouraging men to speak out more about their mental health.
I stand in admiration of what Fin and the guys are doing there. It was great to discuss all the reasons behind starting it, his ambitions for the club and how his views on mental health & wellbeing have changed.
We do touch on a couple of heavy issues in this episode so tread with caution if you're sensitive to this kind of thing. However I feel it's important that these things are talked about more openly.
