I discuss my own experience with being consistent, something that I consider more important than nearly anything. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't show up day after day, you're never going to improve. I chatted about quitting as child, before learning the value of consistency at 18 when I started windsurfing and how thats helped me keep consistent in other aspects of my life. Finally I talked about the value of failure and why learning to embrace it only helps us in life. Actually really pleased with this one, hope it can help anyone out there!
