We pray, as Wednesday has rolled around again and the world seems to be opening back up, that everyone continues to proceed with caution and remain diligent in doing what’s right to stay safe and to protect the safety of others. We all must not only think of ourselves and our own safety but the safety of others as well. Because, what this pandemic has hopefully shown us is that as large as this world appears to be, it’s smaller than we think and we are all connected, dependent, and tied to one another. I believe GOD planned it that way, so we would all work together to achieve HIS ultimate plan for HIS world. Peace, Love and Unity!Just as a hummingbird is dependent on the flower for nectar and to live- the flower is just as dependent on the hummingbird to take, drop, and spread seeds of nectar in order for the flower to continue to reproduce. Their purposes and GOD’s plan for their very existence are not independent they are intra-dependent of/on one another. Do you know GOD has designed, created, purposed, and planned our lives and existence in the exact same manner? We are purposed and provided a GOD given plan for our lives that’s intra-dependent /connected and tied to each other.If we look throughout the bible, we find that connection and intra-dependence is the general theme of everyone’s life that GOD chose to do great things through and to-- David’s life was tied to and dependent on Goliath, Jonathan , Saul, Bathsheba, and Uriah in route to GOD’s planned purpose for his life. Ruth’s life was tired to Naomi, Boaz, to Obed, and eventually part of the lineage of JESUS. The life of Joseph was connected and dependent on his brothers, Potiphar, Potiphar’s wife, the warden, the baker, the cupbearer, in route to his planned purpose in the palace. This theme goes all the way to JESUS - HIS life connected to the twelve disciples and yes, even Pontus Pilot. Lives, plans, and purposes given to each by GOD- connected and intra-dependent upon one another. (Note: Even the bad actors that come about in your life are part of the plan, because their contributions will eventually work for your good as well. Romans 8:28. Know haters will become your elevators and footstools for you to step on in order for you to go higher) In GOD’s grand plan and purpose, we are not independent contractors called to do work for GOD on our own, by ourselves or singularly. No, GOD’s plan and purpose for your/our lives is bigger than that, generally too big to carry out alone. If you can carry out or accomplish GOD’s planned purpose for your life alone, you are probably not hearing HIM fully, the plan has not fully been realized or has not fully materialized. Understand, even JESUS was connected to 12 then another 72 that He sent out to assist in spreading the Word in route to JESUS’ planned purpose. We all are Connected to others we know, don’t know or may not have even met as of yet.I have come to discover in my Christian journey that GOD’s plan and purpose for my life is too big to be carried out alone. It is like the hand trying to accomplish something without the wrist, fingers, elbow, and shoulders assistance. Just as our body was created and designed by GOD to work best when all of the parts are working in unison -- our lives and connections to others is exact the same. Things move a lot smoother when we work together with the people GOD has placed in our lives to work with.
