Unknowingly Submission Wednesday
Good Wednesday to you! We are excited about being blessed to be able to share a Word of GOD with you. We pray that you’ve had a marvelous week and have continued to study, listen, pray and read- in order to continue to get closer and closer to GOD. In getting closer to HIM, it will allow you to know HIM in a greater way and truly knowing HIM will allow you to submit and commit to HIM on a higher level. Knowing GOD is good, but committing and submitting to GOD is even better which leads to obeying HIM. That is where HE desires all of us to be. Understand truly living for GOD requires commitment, submission, and obedience.
So, Today I ask you this one simple question, who are you or have you submitted to? And I know most all will say they I have to GOD, but truth be told- that false! In today's society we see people are willing to submit and commit to people that are unbecoming of such power being wielded over others. Because power being given and submission to these kinds of people are always abused. This is not only in society(publicly) but more importantly it is something that is taking place in many homes and relationships today. It has become so prevalent that we see divorce rates skyrocketing, spousal abuse rising, as well as mass murders of family-by-family members. So, unfortunate for all involved and all who are left behind to have to live with all of it. Can I say today we have submission and commitment problems in our society. We often hear I did not know he/she was like that! So, today in our message “Unknowingly Submitting to A Headless Head” we want to speak about submission of and committing to the unsubmitted and the uncommitted. Simply stated be careful and mindful to whom you are submitting and committing yourself too. If they have not submitted or committed to GOD should you truly be committed or submitted to them. Just a question we all need to ask ourselves.
