Ingredients:
45ml Gin (Beefeater but any London Dry can be used)
22.5ml Triple Sec
22.5ml Lemon
10ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Garnish with lemon twist or edible flowers
Prep:
Add all ingredients to tin. Dry Shake, then wet shake. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, garnish and enjoy!
