Meredith's French 75:
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
3 oz. Champagne
Garnish with Lemon Twist
Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute and top off with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy!
