Steve's long time friend stops by The Pool Room Studios to catch up over some delicious Gimlets. Despite the Rose's Lime Juice, MEG serves up some fresh and juicy takes from her career in the service industry.
MEG's Vodka Gimlet:
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz FRESH Lime Juice.
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for roughly 5 counts. Strain into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!
