40ml Dark Rum
15ml Campari
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
10-20ml Simple Syrup (Adjust based on the sweetness of the Pineapple Juice)
40ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake, strain into a glass filled with ice and enjoy!
