In this episode, we manage to spend some time to catch up with Dennis, the owner and founder of a new Crossfit box in town, Battlefront Crossfit. Dennis is a certified L1 Crossfit Trainer and also the Head Coach at Battlefront Crossfit.
Dennis has been a long time buddy of ours and we are glad that he is finally pursuing his passion while contributing to the Crossfit Community in Singapore.
