In this episode, we have the privilege to finally get our hands on the Head Coach of Actualize, "CK" Shaun Tan. Really excited to pick his brain and gain some knowledge bombs from him!!
CK is an early adopter of the sport, and started Actualize Crossfit in 2015. He is also one of the rare four Crossfit Level-3 certified trainers in Singapore.
Aside from the fact that he's recognised by the slogan of "Smooth is Fast", many might not know that he was a visual effects artist (hence the nice artworks of Actualize) and also has the alias "Airplanttan" where he unleashes his secret Green-Finger superpower and hook-grip methodology to his ever-growing collection of airplants, aka "AirplantTan".
